ACFEA在全球多個地區設有辦公室，在當地擁有強大的網絡，與中小學校︑大學等學院合作無間。本地學校團體在計劃前往外地時，我們的網絡能連繫最合適的學校舉行交流活動。在活動中，除了與當地學生溝通交流外，更為本地學校︑家長︑同學提供了解當地學校發展及教育系統的機會。而當地的團體更能值此推廣當地的歷史與文化，彼此認識，相得益彰。
ACFEA has set up office in various regions around the world, with extensive networking that enables close cooperation with elementary schools, high schools and colleges. When some Hong Kong music groups are planning for an outbound travel, we contact the most suitable institutions for academic exchange. During the activities, students and parents will not just casually share knowledge with the locals; instead, they will be given the opportunity to acquire more in-depth knowledge about the local institutional development and education system. On this occasion, the local groups can also promote their own history and cultures as a way of enhancing mutual understanding. That’s why we love calling this a “win-win programme”.
音樂會/演出 Concert/Performances
我們相信不同團隊可以有其獨特的演出機會及形式! 我們先了解團隊的節目性質︑特色︑水平︑長度，進而安排演出活動. 例如舉辦獨立音樂會，ACFEA善用當地網絡，提供周詳的計劃，安排場地, 向當地觀眾展現你們的音樂！我們也可以組織聯合演出(Joint Concert)，與當地團體合作，互相交流、共享舞台。除此之外，更可以於公共空間參與社區表演，近距離接觸當地市民，享受不一樣的演出經驗。ACFEA的團隊憑著專業的音樂知識，為你構思及安排最好的演出機會！
We believe the form of music performance should not be restricted and each music group has absolute right on the matter of creating a unique performance. Therefore, whenever we work with a new group, the first thing we do is to learn about their programme’s nature, features, duration, and the level of performance for sketching a fundamental structure for further arrangement. For instance, if your group wishes an individual concert to spread your music to the locals, ACFEA will make good use of our local network to find a suitable venue and provide you with a well-charted plan. We also organize Joint Concert through which your group can co-perform with local orchestras or bands. Apart from this, you can be a part of the public community performance held in the course of close encounter with the local citizens, having a taste of an alternative form of performance. With our professional knowledge and experience in music, you will have a perfect on-stage experience.

Indeed, even our tour planning team is made up of professional musicians who are equipped with incredibly large musician networks, which is of great help to finding talented local tutors. Sometimes a full-length individual concert may not be what you’re looking for. If your group has a relatively short-term yet precise goal, a music festival is all you need. We will help touch base with the hosts of some long-established and quality festivals, like Stirling Bridge International Youth Arts Festival, Spittal International Choral Competition (More⋯⋯) which are all fabulous and reputable music activities perceived as a part of their traditional customs by the locals for years. 當然除了傳統優秀的音樂節/比賽，世界各地亦有旅遊機構主辦或支持的音樂節/比賽, 參加門檻較低, 讓不同團體參與，若團體志在參與，並得到參與證明或證書，我們能為您聯絡相應的舉辦機構參與活動，盡力提供您所需要的行程。
Apart from traditional festivals or competitions, there are tourism organizations in all parts of the world that holds or supports festivals or competitions with lower thresholds for various types of groups. If what you aim is to take part in and receive the certification of any of these activities, we are more than willing to contact the corresponding authorities and plan out an, at best, workable itinerary for you.
