自1991年至今，ACFEA香港分部為不少來自北美洲及歐洲的樂團籌辦過交流活動演出，而這些活動均由我們的香港區藝術顧問策劃：

2016年加入ACFEA，擔任香港區代表，數年內，已為英國國家青年合唱團︑伊頓公學聖詩合唱團︑科羅拉多兒童合唱團策劃訪港活動，促進國外音樂團隊與本港學校之交流，並致力為本港團隊統籌外訪之旅。

庾艾盈自小喜愛演奏樂器，深信音樂能建立人的信心和毅力、藝術觸角、人文視野，在學期間，曾多次隨不同樂團/合唱團到訪中國︑新加坡︑日本︑美國︑加拿大等地演出交流，每一次的旅程都擴闊了她的視野，是個人成長的重要歷程。2008年起，庾艾盈全職投入音樂培訓策劃工作，並致力推廣音樂作為生命教育，現為Qin Music的課程總監及樂作枋的行政總監。

庾艾盈先後於香港浸會大學取得傳理社會科學學士、音樂文學士(一級榮譽)及哲學(音樂學)碩士學位。

Esther joined ACFEA in 2016 as the Hong Kong representative. In the past three years, she and her colleagues has achieved remarkable success in organizing and holding Hong Kong tours for various groups including Great Britain National Youth Choir, Eton Chapel Choir, and Colorado Children’s Chorale. As a Hong Kong representative, she also aspires to organize overseas tours for local music groups.

Esther grew up as a girl strongly attached to instrumental performance. She believes that music plays a central role in building one’s confidence, persistence, and artistic sense. While pursuing music education, she has already travelled to different places, including Mainland China, Singapore, Japan, the United States and Canada, to tour and take part in music exchanging activities as a member of various orchestras and chorales. Esther considers each trip as a treasurable opportunity to broaden her horizon and accumulate life experiences.

Starting from 2008, Esther began to devote herself in the music training field as a full-time and stepped one step closer to achieving her goal of promoting music as a life education. And she is now the Music Director of Qin Music and the Executive Director of Ponte della Musica. Esther obtained BSSc.(Communication Studies), B.A. (1st Hon, Music) and M.Phil. (Musicology) from the Hong Kong Baptist University.
